GUIDED TRAIL RIDES
Cross Creek Rodeo Ranch offers guided horseback trail rides for individuals, families and large groups. We have miles of riding trails and dirt roads or we can be mobile and trailer our horses to other locations. The trail guides are all experienced horsemen & horsewomen that are friendly, accommodating and knowledgable about the history, wildlife and ecology of Edgefield and Saluda Counties.
For your safety, the rider weigh limit is 250 pounds. The minimum age to ride alone is 12 years old. We structure each ride to the ability of the least experienced rider in any particular group. All rides are led by a trail boss and at least one outrider (more for larger groups).
Reservation Policy:
To schedule a trail ride for families or large groups, a 50% deposit is required when your reservation is made. Your deposit can be made by cash or check.
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations not received prior to 48 hours before your scheduled time and "no - shows" will lose the deposit.
Due to inclement weather conditions on the day of your scheduled ride, we will re-schedule your ride or return your deposit in full.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride so you can meet your horse and our Wranglers can adjust the saddle for the best possible fit for you.
Rates for Guided Trail Rides at Cross Creek Ranch:
1 hour ride - $50/person
- $25/person for additional hour
Rates for Guided Trail Rides (on - location):
Up to 3 hours - $200/person
